Active vs. Historical
Availability Query Information
Availability is the comparison of stable (or
functioning) time to the unstable (or malfunctioning)
time. Time periods where there is no data
(disabled time) is omitted from numeric computations.
Each collected value is weighted based on
the duration of the observation. The sum of
all the observation lengths is labeled Enabled
Time. Availability is measured with a percentage
(downtime/uptime).
Historical values
are collected and weighted
based on a 15 minute period.
